Specially selected 1993 spirit was re-casked into a ‘port pipe’, it was carefully monitored for 11 months before bottling. This is described as having a distinctive grapiness at first with a rich wine/port flavour. Yet seemingly light with woody notes. Sweet with wood raisin, citrus’s then lingering well through the tongue towards the back to deliver some spicy notes and more citrus. 700ml, 46% ABV.
